With 30 years in senior management, a Masters in Psychoanalytic Studies, and a Graduate Diploma in trauma-informed psychotherapy, Sharon helps people let go of the inner conflict that gets in the way of happiness, peace of mind, and the goals that matter to them.
About Sharon Muggivan.
Sharon draws on 30 years in senior management as well as her experience founding a successful not-for-profit, which she currently chairs while running her own private practice specialising in behaviour change. She has a passion for positive change — particularly helping people let go of the anger, resentment and regrets that interfere with their happiness and peace of mind.
Sharon pursued the study of human behaviour and coaching others because she found counselling did not resolve inner conflict. She believes it is inner conflict that causes anxiety and depression, and workplace conflict that causes most problems at work. By understanding this simple concept — it's not about you — people can let go of preconceived opinions and see reality rather than perception.
Sharon has lived experience of depression, anxiety, ADHD and an acquired brain injury.
