Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Recovery-focused support for NDIS participants living with psychosocial disability.

A clear idea of what you're stepping into.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is an NDIS support designed for people living with mental health challenges. It's part coaching, part coordination — a steady presence who helps you build the skills, supports and routines that make recovery possible.
We work in plain language, follow your lead, and stay flexible as life shifts. The goal isn't to fix you — it's to walk alongside you while you grow the life you want.
The intention
"We help you build confidence, understand your goals, strengthen daily-life skills and stay connected to the people, services and supports that matter to you."
Why people choose this work.
Recovery-oriented from day one
Hope, choice and self-determination shape every session. We focus on capability and possibility, not deficits or labels.
Lived-experience informed
Our team understands the system from both sides. We translate the jargon and stay alongside you when things get hard.
Joined-up with your wider team
We coordinate with your clinicians, supports and family — with your consent — so everyone is rowing in the same direction.
This may suit you if you're…
- NDIS participants with psychosocial disability funding
- People recovering from major mental health challenges
- Anyone wanting practical, person-led recovery support
- Participants looking for a coach who actually listens
- Families and carers wanting clearer coordination
Example of support
What this can look like in practice.
The situation
A participant came to us isolated, anxious about leaving the house, and unsure how to make her NDIS plan actually work for her.
What shifted
Over six months we built a weekly rhythm of small, doable steps — connected her with the right supports, restarted a social activity she'd loved, and helped her self-advocate at her plan review. She now leads her own meetings and uses her plan with confidence.
