Pay Attention Inside Now
01Reframing pain

Pain is your body speaking, not failing.

The pain or discomfort in your body is not random. It's a message that something is going on inside. From birth, your brain has filtered everything you've seen and done through your past experiences, beliefs and values. Emotions you haven't felt or released don't just disappear — they get stored in the body.

Pain is the body's way of getting our attention.

Both physical and emotional pain share overlapping brain pathways, which is why emotional distress can show up as very real physical symptoms in your body.

Listening inward begins by giving the body somewhere to be heard.

Emotional pain can lead to

These aren't "failures" or random symptoms. They are messages.

02The problem

Modern life drowns out your body's wisdom.

It's hard to hear your body's messages when you are:

Constantly distracted and overstimulated
Rushing and running on stress
People-pleasing and ignoring your own needs
Suppressing your emotions to 'keep it together'
Living on processed food, processed information and autopilot
Disconnected from your own inner world

Distractions stop you from listening.

But your body doesn't give up — it simply turns up the volume.

Pain is just a signal to get your attention. A signal that gets stronger when it's ignored.

03The core idea
P.A.I.N. Circles — Pay Attention Inside Now

P.A.I.N. = Pay Attention Inside Now.

Your body is always communicating with you.

Fatigue, tension, inflammation, anxiety, weight changes, brain fog, exhaustion, depression (non-clinical) — these are not the enemy. They are invitations to go within.

  • PPayNotice what you've been bracing through. Stop, even for a breath.
  • AAttentionTurn the spotlight gently inward — sensation, breath, the small signals.
  • IInsideThe answers aren't outside you. Your body is already speaking.
  • NNowNot later. Not after the next thing. The message is here, in this moment.

When you learn how to listen — without judgement, fixing or bypassing — pain becomes less of a threat and more of a teacher.

04What to expect

What is a Pain Circle?

P.A.I.N Circles are weekly small-group sessions — 2 hours together for $20. One hour of training and group support, followed by one hour of supervised DYADs (1:1 listening and support).

  1. Hour 01

    Training & group support

The first hour is guided practice and teaching — tools for slowing down, listening inward and understanding what your body is really saying, alongside shared reflection with the group.

  2. Hour 02

    Supervised DYADs (1:1 listening)

The second hour is structured 1:1 work with another participant. Supervised DYADs ensure everyone gets the chance to be fully heard in a private, confidential space — at minimal cost.

  3. After

    Being fully heard

Being listened to is a basic human need. Meeting it regularly — without advice, fixing or judgement — can add real value to your life and shift how you carry pain between sessions.
